Winter Solstice Workshop

The Winter Solstice marks the end of the shortest, darkest days and the beginning of new light, life and opportunities. It’s a time to set new intentions, reflect and celebrate Mother Nature’s changes and our own. 

To honour this return of the sun and moving of seasons Celi will guide you through a transformative and powerful Sun Salutation workshop. Expect in-depth theory on anatomy and alignments as well as practical adjustments and modifications whilst investigating the poses, breath and gaze of Surya Namaskar. 

Together we will link our breath with movement, a moving meditation, letting go of what no longer serves us while moving forward with positive intention and creating space for the light that is to come. An intimate class cultivating confidence and strength in your own personal practice.

A rest with homemade, fresh ginger tea and vegan, spiced mince pies will be followed by a reverence of light in a seated candlelit meditation. A beautiful, cleansing and detoxing experience to ritualise new beginnings.

December offers this opportunity to come together as a sangha and recommit to our priorities: self-knowledge, spiritual development and gratitude. Leave feeling energised and invigorated - a fresh, glowing start.

Lunar Nourishment

Yin Yoga | Sound Bath | Brunch

Nourish your mind, body and soul with Jess this November as we honour the Beaver Full Moon.

Jess will guide you through an indulgent Yin practice to nurture your receptivity, intuition, and inner calm. The Beaver Full Moon is a time to say goodbye to the past year and lean into letting go. It is an opportunity for self-reflection and becoming aware of our true essence so that we can be the architects of our own life and future. Expect to use props and feel safe and supported as you fall into the meditative powers of long-held poses.

We will then pause for tranquilizing teas, warming treats and a moment of contemplation before being guided by Helen (Sunyata Yoga & Gongs) in our sound bath journey. A truly magical experience as melodic, carefully constructed, soothing sounds wash the body, cultivating the deepest levels of relaxation and release.

To round up our morning of sensory self-care, we will feast on a rainbow-inspired, seasonal, foraged, and vegetarian brunch prepared by local chef Beth (The Free Range Chef). You will also be offered a refreshing choice of natural fruit flavoured water kefir or kombucha (Hanora Health). A time to unwind, chat, laugh and share experiences from the day in our intimate, cosy, candlelit studio.

Down-To-Earth Workshop

Root and restore this Autumn in Rose's ‘Down To Earth’ Yin yoga and Aromatherapy workshop.

You will be guided through the foundational health and well-being benefits of essential oils. Focusing on those that ground, calm and warm the mind, body and soul in the cosier months. You will get to explore multiple therapeutic qualities of these natural magical potions before being taught how to make your own personal blend to take away with you.

A nourishing break with hot mugs of chai tea and nutritious chocolate bites will be followed by a Yin practice centering on emulating the characteristics of earth. Exploring apana vayu (downwards-moving energy) and rooting, opening poses to cultivate stability, strength and balance.

Leave feeling abundant, dwelling deeply in the present moment, at home in your self.
