This December, join us for an extended weekend of winter practice in a secluded converted barn surrounded by woodland, a private pond, and the sweeping coastline nearby.
The Winter Immersion is a retreat shaped by contrast and gentle depth.
Mornings are dynamic, warmth-driven and vitality-building. Intentional, focused practices crafted to strengthen and uplift you from within.
An extended weekend workshop will offer space to slow down and dive further. Honing experience, exploring the nuances of breathwork and playing with shapes. Allowing time for reflection and integration beyond the rhythm of a regular class.
Evenings unfold into yielding, earth-centred movement and deeply restorative practices before nesting by the crackling wood burner.
Between studio sessions, we wander forest paths and climb hills, fill our lungs with crisp sea air, dip toes (or more!) by the water’s edge, share wholesome seasonal food, and ease into the simple, elemental cadence of winter days.
Whats included?
Four nights of accommodation, all meals and refreshments during your stay, daily yoga sessions (including a local guest teacher), an in-depth workshop, guided nature walks, and full access to the land and amenities.
Travel to and from the venue is not included.
Optional massage treatments and therapeutic bodywork will be available at an additional fee (pricing upon request).
This is not a retreat to avoid the season, it is an invitation to embrace it fully.
