In these three-hour asana labs you will focus on the importance of strength, flexibility and alignment, which are so intrinsic to the traditional sequence, in a safe and supportive environment. As well as how to modify poses to make them more accessible for the body, both with and without props.
Learn how to utilize the key elements of breathe, sound, drishti, asana and bandha to become more intune with the sequence and perhaps access some poses that have been eluding you.
More than just an asana sequence, gain knowledge about the roots of the practice, the 8 limbs, and how to bring yoga off the mat and into your life.
